The Course That Didn't Exist

11yo has had a long-lasting interest in BattleBots. After building several Lego ones, he was ready to move onto designing one in Fusion and printing it. So I made him a 12-lesson series with JoySchooler: giving it the details of his level, what he wanted to build, and that I wanted him to learn the physics and engineering behind it, not just how to click around in Fusion.
No YouTube tutorial does that: personalized to his interest and level, grounded in the actual physics, and a place where he can share his frustration with the tool in the context of what he's building, not just generic troubleshooting.
And yes, all this while you can hand a 2D sketch to AI and get a 3D model back; because he'll be better-equipped for, and more appreciative of, the easier ways once he understands what they're actually doing for him.
